Authors are not required to pay a submission fee when submitting a manuscript to SAGA.

Manuscripts may undergo the journal's normal editorial screening and peer-review procedures without any payment being required from the authors.

Authors of manuscripts accepted for publication are currently not required to pay an Article Processing Charge or publication fee.

The applicable publication charge is:

• Indonesian authors: IDR 0
• International authors: USD 0

The absence of publication charges does not affect the journal's editorial requirements, peer-review standards, publication ethics, or quality-control procedures.

SAGA does not impose undisclosed mandatory author charges as a condition of manuscript evaluation or publication.

Authors are not charged mandatory fees for:

• Manuscript submission;
• Initial editorial evaluation;
• Peer review;
• Standard editorial processing;
• Article publication; or
• Open-access availability of the published article.

Editorial decisions are based on the manuscript's scholarly quality, relevance to the journal's scope, originality, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and overall contribution to the field.

Financial considerations do not influence the decision to accept or reject a manuscript. The journal's editorial and peer-review processes remain independent of author fees.

If SAGA introduces or changes author fees in the future, the applicable charges and conditions will be clearly stated on the journal website before they apply to new submissions.

Authors will not be required to pay a new or increased mandatory publication charge that was not disclosed as applicable to their submission when the manuscript was submitted.
