SAGA also welcomes interdisciplinary studies that combine computing technologies and information systems with other domains when the technological or information-systems contribution constitutes a substantial component of the research.

Relevant application domains may include education, business, healthcare, government, smart cities, transportation, agriculture, tourism, manufacturing, sustainability, and other areas in which computing and information systems provide methodological, technological, or analytical contributions.

OUT OF SCOPE

Manuscripts that primarily address management, economics, social sciences, education, healthcare, or other disciplinary topics without a substantive contribution to technology, computing, or information systems are generally outside the journal's scope.

Studies that merely use standard software, statistical packages, online platforms, or digital tools without presenting a meaningful technological, computational, methodological, or information-systems contribution may also be considered outside the journal's scope.
