Manuscripts may be submitted in English or Indonesian. Authors should use clear academic language and ensure that the manuscript has been carefully proofread before submission.

Submissions must be original, relevant to the journal's aims and scope, and must not be simultaneously submitted to or under consideration by another journal.

Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official Renaissance Article Template. Formatting requirements concerning typography, margins, tables, figures, and other technical elements should follow the current journal template.

The title should accurately and concisely represent the principal subject of the manuscript. It should be specific, informative, unambiguous, and understandable without unnecessary abbreviations. Authors are encouraged to keep the title concise, preferably no more than 20 words.

Provide the full name of each author without academic titles or professional positions. Each author's institutional affiliation should include the institution, city, and country.

One author must be identified as the corresponding author and must provide an active email address. ORCID identifiers should be provided when available.

All listed authors must meet the journal's authorship criteria and must have made a meaningful contribution to the work. Individuals who do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged rather than listed as authors.

The abstract should provide a concise and self-contained summary of the study. It should clearly communicate the research background or problem, objective, methodology, principal findings, and main conclusion or significance of the study.

Citations, references, unexplained abbreviations, tables, and figures should not normally appear in the abstract.

Provide up to five keywords that accurately represent the principal concepts of the manuscript. Keywords should support discoverability and should be separated by semicolons.

The Introduction should establish the research context, explain the relevant problem or knowledge gap, summarize the most relevant previous scholarship, and clearly state the purpose, research question, or objective of the study.

Literature should be relevant to the research problem and appropriately balanced. Authors should prioritize current and authoritative scholarship while retaining older foundational sources when they remain academically relevant.

The methodology should describe the research design, data or participants, instruments or materials, procedures, analytical methods, and other information necessary to understand and, where applicable, reproduce the study.

Authors must identify appropriate ethical approval, informed consent, permissions, or other ethical safeguards when the research involves human participants, sensitive information, protected communities, copyrighted material, or other circumstances requiring ethical oversight.

Results should be presented clearly and logically without unnecessary duplication between the text, tables, and figures.

The Discussion should interpret the findings in relation to the research objectives and relevant literature. Authors should explain the scholarly significance of the findings, compare them with previous research, discuss relevant implications, and acknowledge important limitations where appropriate.

Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and cited in the text. Each table and figure should include a clear descriptive caption and should be understandable without unnecessary duplication of information in the main text.

Figures should be sufficiently clear and of suitable resolution for publication. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce third-party copyrighted material when permission is required.

Equations should be editable rather than embedded as images whenever possible. Symbols, abbreviations, and units should be defined when first introduced and used consistently throughout the manuscript.

The Conclusion should directly address the research objectives and summarize the principal contribution of the study without simply repeating the Results section.

Where appropriate, authors may discuss theoretical or practical implications, study limitations, and directions for future research.

Authors should provide an author contribution statement describing their respective contributions to the work. The journal encourages the use of the CRediT Contributor Roles Taxonomy, where applicable.

Contribution statements do not replace authorship requirements. All authors remain accountable for the integrity of their respective contributions and should approve the final manuscript.

Authors must disclose all financial support relevant to the research and publication of the manuscript, including the name of the funding organization and grant number when applicable.

Where relevant, authors should describe the role of the funder in the study design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, manuscript preparation, or decision to submit the work. If no external funding was received, authors should state this clearly.

Authors must disclose financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships that could reasonably be perceived as influencing the research or its interpretation.

When no competing interests exist, authors should include a statement such as "The authors declare no competing interests."

Where applicable, authors should provide a Data Availability Statement explaining whether and how the data supporting the findings can be accessed.

The statement may identify a repository and persistent identifier, indicate that data are available upon reasonable request, or explain legitimate ethical, privacy, confidentiality, legal, or contractual restrictions preventing public access.

Data involving human participants or other sensitive information must be appropriately anonymized or otherwise protected in accordance with applicable ethical and legal requirements.

Authors must transparently disclose the use of generative artificial intelligence or AI-assisted technologies when such tools have materially contributed to manuscript preparation, analysis, coding, visualization, translation, or other relevant aspects of the work.

AI tools cannot be listed as authors because they cannot assume responsibility or accountability for published work. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, appropriate attribution, and final content of the manuscript.

Detailed requirements concerning acceptable AI use and disclosure should be followed in accordance with the journal's separate AI Ethics and Procedure.

Authors may acknowledge individuals or organizations that contributed to the research or manuscript but do not meet the criteria for authorship. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission from individuals who are named in the acknowledgment when appropriate.

Funding information should be reported in the Funding Statement rather than duplicated in this section.

References must accurately represent the sources used in the manuscript. Authors should prioritize relevant, reliable, and appropriate scholarly sources and should avoid unnecessary self-citation, citation manipulation, or citations included solely to increase citation counts.

Older sources may be cited when they are foundational or directly relevant; therefore, the journal does not require every reference to have been published within a fixed recent period.

Authors must verify bibliographic information against the original sources and include DOI information whenever available.

Citations and references should follow the IEEE reference style. Authors are encouraged to use reference-management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, or equivalent tools to improve consistency and accuracy.
