Copyright of articles published in DEMETER: Journal of Farming and Agriculture remains with the author(s). Authors are not required to transfer copyright ownership to the journal or publisher.

By publishing an article in DEMETER, the author(s) grant CV. Media Digital Publikasi Indonesia and DEMETER a non-exclusive right of first publication and permission to identify the journal as the original publisher of the work.

Authors retain the right to use, reproduce, distribute, communicate, archive, and further develop their published work in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license.

License and Permitted Reuse

Unless otherwise stated, articles published in DEMETER are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) .

Under this license, users may copy, reproduce, share, redistribute, transmit, and adapt published material for lawful purposes, including commercial use, provided that the terms of the license are followed.

Where material is remixed, transformed, or built upon, the resulting work must be distributed under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

Attribution Requirements

Appropriate attribution should accompany reuse of published materials. Where reasonably possible, attribution should include:

• Name(s) of the original author(s).
• Title of the published article.
• DEMETER: Journal of Farming and Agriculture as the original publication source.
• Article DOI or another persistent article link, when available.
• Reference or link to the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
• A clear indication of whether changes were made to the original material.

Author Self-Archiving

DEMETER supports author self-archiving and permits authors to deposit appropriate versions of their manuscripts in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal academic websites, or other scholarly repositories.

• Authors may archive the submitted version of their manuscript.
• Authors may archive the accepted manuscript following completion of the editorial and peer-review process.
• Authors may immediately archive the final published Version of Record.
• No embargo period is imposed by DEMETER on the final published article.
• Deposited copies of the published version should acknowledge DEMETER as the original publication source and include the DOI or permanent article URL whenever available.

Third-Party Material

The CC BY-SA 4.0 license applies to the scholarly article unless otherwise indicated. Certain photographs, figures, illustrations, datasets, or other third-party materials may be subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions.

Authors are responsible for obtaining all permissions required for the inclusion and reuse of third-party copyrighted material and for clearly identifying material that is not covered by the article's CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
