Whoosh: Journal of Transportation and Logistic maintains a transparent author fee policy. There are currently no submission fees or article publication charges (APCs) for authors. Any applicable administrative charge related to a manuscript withdrawal is described separately below.

Authors are not required to pay a fee to submit a manuscript or to publish an accepted article in the journal. The absence of publication charges applies to both Indonesian and international authors.

Manuscript Withdrawal

Authors who wish to withdraw a manuscript should submit a written withdrawal request to the editorial office, including the manuscript identification and the reason for withdrawal. The request should be submitted by the corresponding author on behalf of all authors.

A manuscript may be withdrawn without an administrative charge before substantive editorial processing or peer review has commenced.

If authors request withdrawal after substantial editorial processing or peer-review activities have been undertaken, an administrative withdrawal fee may apply to compensate for documented processing and administrative work already performed.

The withdrawal fee is an administrative charge associated with a late-stage withdrawal and is not an article submission fee or article publication charge.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based on the scholarly quality, relevance, originality, and compliance of manuscripts with the journal's editorial requirements. The journal's fee arrangements do not influence editorial assessment, peer-review outcomes, or decisions regarding acceptance or rejection.
