<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">In Desa Tumbang Randang, a significant number of children struggled to distinguish and correctly color pictures or sketches. Recognizing coloring as a crucial skill for kindergarten children, a Community Engagement (PkM) initiative was launched. This program aimed to enhance children's coloring abilities, focusing on image texture sensitivity, finger adaptation, sensory awareness, and vocabulary expansion through the introduction of colors and image types. The research assessed children's development before and after participating in guided coloring activities. Initial observations noted that some children were rarely involved in such activities. The project's dream was to enable children to competently apply color combinations. During the design phase, mentors physically guided the children's hands, teaching them to color within boundaries. The define phase involved observing each child's color combination skills and their ability to express these on paper. This initiative, running from August 7 to 11, 2023, also aimed to benefit parents, locals, and village officials. It was conducted by IAKN Palangka Raya students through a cross-program educational approach. The results indicated improvements in the children's abilities to color pictures, compare and combine colors, and articulate color names using colored pencils. Additionally, the children exhibited increased independence and self-confidence, as evidenced by their artwork displayed on walls, celebrating their creative achievements.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The "Scaffolding Digital Storytelling" training program has undergone a comprehensive evaluation using a rigorous mixed-methods methodology, which includes both quantitative and qualitative assessments. The program demonstrated significant effectiveness in improving participants' comprehension and abilities in digital storytelling and scaffolding. An analysis of assessments conducted before and after training, with the use of statistical tests, revealed a noteworthy enhancement in knowledge and abilities within the experimental group. This underscores the success of the program. The qualitative findings provided more clarity on the participants' experiences, highlighting their active involvement, contentment, and effective incorporation of digital storytelling into their teaching methods. The program's favorable impact on pedagogical techniques was evidenced through observations, surveys, and analysis of lesson plans. The program's revolutionary power was further validated by notable success stories, such as those of HM, LF, and EB, which demonstrated its adaptability across different degrees of technological expertise. The use of digital storytelling in educational settings, as demonstrated by teachers like Sarah Thompson, RM, PK, and BS, highlights the long-lasting beneficial impacts on student involvement, linguistic aptitude, and analytical thinking abilities. Crucially, the program went beyond just one intervention and encouraged educators to continuously improve and adapt. In conclusion, the "Scaffolding Digital Storytelling" training program proves to be a powerful force for promoting positive transformation in both the skills of the participants and the methods of instruction. The significant influence it has on gaining knowledge, effectively incorporating it into teaching methods, and consistently improving student outcomes make it a powerful resource for enhancing language training using digital storytelling and scaffolding strategies.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Pain is a global health issue. It is estimated that every year 20% of the world's population experiences pain and half of this is chronic pain. In Indonesia there has been no large-scale research discussing the prevalence and quality of all types of pain. Indonesia also does not yet have practical parameters for assessing pain, patient comfort levels, and the effect of pain on the quality of life of the Indonesian people. This Community Service (PKM) seeks to provide training and raise information about pain treatment in one of the districts of Bukittinggi, West Sumatera, through socializing and outreach to the community. The strategy employed in this PKM includes counseling about pain management in the community and how to handle it. This PKM obtained an increase in the knowledge and skill of community members in controlling their pain. According to the findings of monitoring and analyzing PKM activities, the community health service was ready to improve people's pain management strategies. It is believed that this activity will be beneficial in enhancing the knowledge and experience of pain management that may be used in the community health service by individuals and their families, particularly in non-pharmacological approaches as complementary pain management nursing.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The application of the green economy during the covid-19 pandemic has become a problem in efforts to reduce household waste. Indonesia is currently ranked second as the largest waste producer in the world, one rank below China. The implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in Tegal Sari Village and other Pamekasan city areas has resulted in limited community activities outside the home, many workers being laid off making the community's economy decline, but economic needs are increasing. This can cause food packaging plastic waste produced from households to increase every day. Garbage will accumulate continuously and can even make the environment a hotbed of disease if not managed properly. The creative idea of handicrafts aims to help reduce the level of household waste by sorting waste using 3R (Rescue, Reduce, Recyle). The method used in this study is a qualitative method by interviewing resource persons who have ideas for creating items that are suitable for use from household waste. The method used in this study is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with a qualitative approach by interviewing resource persons who have ideas to create suitable items for use from household waste. The result of post-covid-19 pandemic service is that the community can distribute inorganic waste into goods of economic value by restoring the role of the green economy so that solutions from waste can be overcome.</dc:description>

However, in Bukittinggi City, West Sumatra, many elementary school teachers have not yet utilized this technology due to limited knowledge and skills. Therefore, this community service activity aims to socialize and train elementary school teachers in utilizing AI to create interactive and effective teaching materials. The implementation method of this activity includes socialization of AI theory, practical training on the use of AI applications, group discussions, and direct practice in creating AI-based teaching materials. The results of this activity show an increase in teachers' understanding and skills in using AI. As many as 75% of teachers are able to create more varied and efficient teaching materials by utilizing AI technology. However, several obstacles were found, such as limited technological infrastructure in schools. This socialization activity succeeded in improving teachers' ability to utilize AI, but limited technological infrastructure is a major challenge. The evaluation showed that most teachers needed further training to deepen their understanding of AI technology. In the future, there needs to be increased access to technology and ongoing training to ensure the sustainability of AI utilization in elementary education in Bukittinggi</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Good financial reporting is needed so that financial reports are available accurately and on time. Azizah's crackers business is an SME located in Batu Gadang Village, Lubuk Kilangan District, Padang City West Sumatra Province. One of the problems in this business is that financial recording is still done manually, so it requires a long process and a high error rate and it is difficult to know the cash flow position quickly and accurately. Making good financial reports requires time as well as knowledge and expertise in the field of accounting, but not all business people have good knowledge and skills in this field. For this reason, an application is needed that helps create financial reports. In this community service activity, the SIAPIK Application (Financial Information Reporting Application System) because this application is issued by Bank Indonesia which has the standards of the Indonesian Accounting Association, is free, and can be used for all types of businesses including manufacturing. Method of implementing activities: planning and preparation through surveys or initial interviews with cracker Uzziah leaders to understand needs and problems, Implementation by providing training and assistance in using SIAPIK, Evaluation is carried out by assessing participants abilities in running the SIAPIK application, Monitoring and follow-up assistance by scheduling periodic visits, Reporting by making activity reports. Azizah's crackers employees participated in the training well and smoothly, the SIAPIK application has been installed on their smartphones, and employees can input data, make transactions, and issue business financial reports</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening training for Early Childhood Education teachers using the expository method. The expository method was chosen to provide a systematic and direct understanding of the Pancasila student profile concept, where participants received material through lectures and presentations delivered by the training facilitators. This research employed a quantitative approach by collecting data through post-training evaluation tests to measure the teachers' level of understanding of the presented material. The training results showed that 80% of the participants successfully comprehended the Pancasila student profile concept and were able to design activities relevant to its objectives, while 20% of the participants did not fully grasp the material. Factors influencing these differing results include participants' prior knowledge, professional experience, and the intensity of their engagement in the training sessions. Based on these findings, it is recommended that follow-up training adopt more interactive learning methods, such as group discussions and case studies, to enhance the understanding of participants who have not yet mastered the concepts optimally.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Premarital and preconception care are essential components in improving maternal and newborn health outcomes. This community service aims to evaluate the importance of premarital and preconception counseling, with a focus on its role in reducing the risks associated with unplanned pregnancy, complications during pregnancy, and adverse neonatal outcomes. Although the benefits of premarital and preconception care are clear, access and awareness are still limited in Indonesia, especially among couples planning to marry. This community service was carried out through a national webinar attended by midwifery students, midwives and midwifery/health lecturers. The number of participants was 815 people. Based on the questionnaire that we gave to the midwives, only a few received preconception visits even though the implementation of premarital and preconception care can significantly improve reproductive health outcomes, reduce maternal and infant mortality, and help prospective couples plan a healthy pregnancy. The results of this activity identified barriers to accessing these services, including lack of awareness and education. The hope from this activity is that midwives can expand health education programs aimed at increasing community awareness of the benefits of premarital and preconception care in creating healthier family planning outcomes</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Fruit and vegetable peels are a common type of organic waste generated in households. Due to their high water content, they decompose naturally. However, if left unattended, these peels undergo anaerobic bacterial decomposition, leading to unpleasant odors and detrimental environmental impacts. Fruit and vegetable peels have the potential to be transformed into valuable resources. One such method is by converting them into eco-enzyme. Eco-enzyme is a complex organic solution produced through the fermentation of fresh fruit and vegetable peels, brown sugar, and water. The resulting liquid is typically dark brown with a characteristically fresh, sour aroma. In RT 24, Simpang Rimbo, Jambi City, many housewives were unaware of the benefits of processing fruit and vegetable peels and lacked understanding of the distinction between organic and inorganic waste. This community service project aimed to reduce organic waste and its associated air pollution by promoting the production of eco-enzyme from fruit and vegetable peels. The project involved several stages: preparation, pretest, socialization, training, and posttest. The results indicated a high level of enthusiasm among participants and a significant improvement in their knowledge of organic waste management after the training</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease characterized by an increase in human blood sugar levels. Apart from that, an unhealthy lifestyle can also be a cause of diabetes mellitus. Unhealthy lifestyles can include lack of sleep, lack of physical activity such as exercising, not consuming enough fiber, and others. The number of cases of diabetes mellitus continues to increase every year. This can result because many people prefer food and drinks that contain quite a lot of sugar in them. West Java Province recorded an increase in the incidence of diabetes mellitus from 2019 to 2020, from 790,686 diabetes mellitus sufferers in 2019 to 1,218,294 in 2020. The regional health profile of Bogor City recorded that in 2017, 27,000 people were suffering from diabetes mellitus which then increased in 2020 to 71,462 people suffering from diabetes mellitus. This community service aims to provide education to PKK mothers regarding diabetes mellitus which includes definitions, symptoms, and prevention efforts using poster media. This community service was carried out on 10 respondents who were PKK mothers at the Lembah Griya Citayam Housing Complex. This activity uses a pre-test and post-test design which aims to determine differences in the level of knowledge of respondents regarding diabetes mellitus before and after the education was carried out. The statistical test used in this activity is the Paired Sample T-test. The test results show that poster education media with a p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05) has a significant influence on increasing the level of knowledge of PKK mothers regarding diabetes mellitus. So it can be concluded that poster media is effective in increasing PKK mothers' knowledge about diabetes mellitus</dc:description>

The purpose of this service is to improve the competence of elementary school teachers in utilizing digital tools in interactive learning. The methodology used is training and mentoring in the form of workshops that teach the use of various digital learning applications, as well as providing simulations of the use of these tools in everyday learning. The results obtained show a significant increase in teachers' ability to use digital technology, especially in designing more interesting and effective interactive learning. Teachers are also more confident in integrating technology in the classroom. In conclusion, the use of digital tools has proven effective in improving teacher competence and learning quality. The recommendation from this activity is that similar training be carried out continuously and involve more teachers in other areas.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, social media has become a primary means of spending time by following others' lives and activities. One of the factors contributing to the phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FoMo) is the use of social media platforms. Among the various options available, Instagram has emerged as the top choice for the general public. This globally popular app offers various features for updating videos or photos, including the Instastory feature, which is filled with users' daily activities. From there, as viewers, we often feel anxious and compare our lives with others who seem happier or more interesting. This study aims to identify FoMo trends among FISIP UGJ students on Instagram. The method used in this study is qualitative, employing techniques such as interviews, observation on Instagram, and documentation. The informants in this study consist of five students selected using purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that the FoMo phenomenon among FISIP UGJ students is identified through several trends, namely fashion, location, cuisine, and self-branding, with a primary focus on the location trend.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The development of digital technology and the popularity of video sharing platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram have encouraged the emergence of food vloggers as influential figures in the culinary world. This study aims to analyze the role of food vlogger @gilangaditja to invite consumers to buy products on the Instagram platform, especially in the Cirebon area. Using a case study-based qualitative approach, data was collected through observation of Instagram content and analyzed by applying the theory of source credibility proposed by Hovland, Janis, and Kelley, as well as the theory of content marketing and consumer behavior. The research revealed that @gilangaditja succeeded in building an image through competence, trustworthiness, and personal appeal. The content produced is informative, interesting, and emotional, thus creating a strong persuasive influence on the audience. The high level of intensive interaction and testimonials from followers shows that food vloggers can act as significant content creators to encourage consumers to buy products. These findings suggest that culinary industry players can utilize collaboration with food vloggers as an important element in an effective digital marketing strategy.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research seeks to examine how teamwork, reflective methods, and digital records in field-based learning enhance academic literacy in postgraduate students. The program was carried out via a field study in Semarang, engaging key partner organizations such as Universitas PGRI Semarang (UPGRIS), Semesta School, the Kota Tua heritage area, and the Grand Mosque of Central Java (MAJT). Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected via participatory observation, interviews, digital records, and reflective group discussions. The results indicate that collaboration among institutions offers valuable empirical environments that allow students to link theoretical ideas with practical applications, especially in fields like educational governance, digital innovation, cultural preservation, and spiritual leadership. Reflective practices act as vital tools that enable students to interpret field experiences, participate in analytical processing, and convert observations into a more profound academic comprehension. Simultaneously, digital records improve observational precision, deepen reflective involvement, and bolster academic claims with visual and multimodal proof. The research finds that combining collaboration, reflection, and digital documentation creates a comprehensive learning structure that effectively enhances students’ academic writing abilities, critical thinking, and overall academic literacy in the context of Education 5.0. The research suggests the necessity for more organized, technology-enhanced field learning frameworks to maximize academic and professional learning results for graduate students.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Special needs school environments represent communities with complex psychosocial dynamics, involving intensive and continuous interactions among children, parents, therapists, and educators. The complexity of children’s needs, parental expectations regarding developmental outcomes, and professional demands placed on therapists may contribute to emotional strain and disrupt the psychological well-being of the community. This Community Service program aimed to foster a more supportive psychological climate through a promotive intervention using psychoeducational posters. The program employed a Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach, beginning with a situational analysis conducted through individual and group interviews with parents and therapists to identify core community issues. The findings revealed difficulties in understanding children’s behavior as a form of needs communication, emotional strain experienced by therapists, and the lack of consistent psychoeducational media within the school environment. Based on these findings, psychoeducational posters were developed containing messages related to positive parenting, understanding children’s behavior, strengthening self-confidence, and self-care for caregivers. The posters were displayed in strategic shared spaces within the school community. This intervention functioned as a silent educator that encouraged reflection, enhanced psychological awareness, and strengthened shared understanding among community members. The findings suggest that promotive interventions using visual media can serve as an effective initial strategy for strengthening a supportive psychological climate in special needs school communities on a sustainable basis.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Music often serves as a space for humans to express and interpret emotional experiences that are difficult to express directly. The song “Sorai” by Nadin Amizah presents poetic and symbolic lyrics that open up opportunities for various interpretations, particularly regarding the meaning of relationships, separation, and sincerity. This study aims to reveal the moral message contained in the lyrics of “Sorai” through Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. This study uses an interpretive qualitative method, with data obtained through analysis of the song lyrics, literature study, and interviews with five fans selected purposively. The analysis was conducted by tracing the denotative, connotative, and mythical meanings to understand how the signs in the lyrics form a moral message. The results show that “Sorai” represents human relationships as a process of mutual help and mutual healing, without demands for ownership or continuity. This song constructs the meaning that separation is not a failure, but rather a part of emotional maturity that can be accepted with sincerity. These findings confirm that music not only functions as entertainment, but also as a medium of communication that conveys human values reflectively.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to describe the implementation of the Adiwiyata School Program in building environmental care character at SD Negeri 1 Ngrandu, Trenggalek. The Adiwiyata Program, jointly initiated by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the Ministry of Education and Culture, seeks to create schools as learning centers that cultivate environmental responsibility. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Research subjects included the school principal, Adiwiyata team, seven teachers, school committee, and twelve students from grades 4, 5, and 6. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model encompassing data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was verified through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that: (1) planning was conducted in a participatory and systematic manner through the Environmental Potential and Problem Identification (IPMLH) process involving all stakeholders; (2) implementation covered all four main components—environmental policy, environment-based curriculum, participatory environmental activities, and eco-friendly facility management; (3) changes in students' environmental character progressed across the knowing, feeling, and acting domains; (4) integration of Islamic spiritual values such as the concepts of khalifah fil ardh and amanah strengthened intrinsic motivation and behavioral consistency; and (5) key supporting factors included exemplary leadership and teacher commitment, while inhibiting factors encompassed budget constraints, high teacher workload, and inconsistency between school and home habits.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The Memayu Buyut Trusmi ritual is a traditional custom that is still preserved by the Trusmi community as part of their efforts to preserve local culture. This study aims to analyze the role of communication practices in the Memayu Buyut Trusmi ritual in maintaining cultural values, collective identity, and social solidarity within the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a communication ethnography method. Data were obtained through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with religious leaders, key figures, and the community directly involved in the ritual. Data analysis was conducted using Dell Hymes' SPEAKING framework, which includes the elements of Setting, Participants, Ends, Act Sequence, Key, Instrumentalities, Norms, and Genre. The results of the study show that the Trusmi Memayu Buyut Ritual is a structured and meaningful cultural communication event. Cultural preservation is not only reflected in the physical maintenance of sacred buildings through the replacement of welit, but also through ritual communication that is symbolic, repetitive, and participatory. The involvement of traditional and religious authorities and the active participation of the community confirm that ritual communication plays an important role in the inheritance of values, the strengthening of cultural identity, and the sustainability of the traditions of the Trusmi community.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The development of technology creates the new form of interpersonal relation, which is known as virtual relationship. Building online relationship is widely used by people especially young people. The phenomenon of building virtual relationship tends to make friendship or girl/boyfriend through the feature of Telegram, Anonymous Chat. However, this feature also vulnerable to digital sexual harassment and data privacy because this feature is anonymous. This research is intended to describe and analyses the phenomenon of self-disclosure in building virtual relationship through anonymous chat feature in Telegram. This study employs descriptive approach with in-depth interview with five informants who have experienced virtual relationship through the media. The findings of the research show that all informants have experienced the stages of self-disclosure as it is explained by social penetration theory, starting from orientation to stable exchange. In the initial stage, informants tended to disclose general and secure information as a form of caution in an anonymous space. As interactions and trust developed, informants began to reveal more personal information, including emotional experiences and true identities, although still with selectivity. These findings suggest that anonymity does not always hinder self-disclosure, but rather can be a springboard for developing closeness if managed carefully and with positive communication. This study also found that self-disclosure with strangers is easier than with someone within one's social circle.</dc:description>
