This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture, compensation and work motivation on employee performance at the furniture company PT Romi Violeta. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 133 employees. Sampling through purposive sampling. In accordance with the results of the study it was found: Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. And organizational culture, compensation, work motivation together have a positive effect on employee performance.

This research aims to design a business model for Vegetable Chicken Nugget, focusing on creating a nutritious and child-friendly product. The proposed business design combines innovative production methods and strategic marketing to address health concerns and consumer preferences. The study introduces a comprehensive business strategy that combines nutrition science with consumer insights, thus ensuring the product's market success. The findings provide a framework for developing food products that meet nutritional standards and market demands, thus potentially influencing the future business model of the food industry.

Comparative Study of Sole Proprietorship Between Indonesia and the Netherlands

The Indonesian government at the end of 2020 has passed Law No. 11 of 2020 which was later replaced by Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perpu) Number 2 of 2022 which aims to be able to provide ease of doing business and improve Indonesia's ease of doing business index (EoDB) ranking in the global eyes. The form of ease of doing business is the presence of a new form of Sole Proprietorhip for MSEs in Indonesia, namely PT Perseorangan, resulting in a paradigm shift of Limited Liability Companies established by agreement with registration. This type of normative research uses a comparative study approach that examines business law related to comparing the Sole Proprietorship form of business entity in Indonesia and the Netherlands. Examine in terms of the form of regulations governing, the form of business entity to its taxation, to the advantages and disadvantages of Sole Proprietorship in both countries.

The Effect of Service Quality, HR Competence and Service Accessibility on Patient Satisfaction at Urangagung Health Center

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, competence of human resources (HR), and service accessibility on patient satisfaction at community health centers. The method used in this research is quantitative, by combining literature review and empirical data on patient services obtained based on the results of filling out questionnaires. In this study, the total sample size was 143 outpatients, and accidental sampling was used as the sampling technique. The data analysis approach used in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) through the utilization of SmartPLS version 3 software. that Patient satisfaction is determined by excellent service quality, competent human resources and ease of accessibility which we present using a Likert scale assessment. Increasing 3 variables is proven to increase patient satisfaction in health care institutions at all levels.

The Effect of Career Development, Work Load, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Turnover Intention

This study was conducted to determine whether there is an influence of career development factors, workload, work environment, work motivation on turnover intention at PT.DSI Sidoarjo, both simultaneously and partially with this type of research method is quantitative. Independence variables used in this study are career development, workload, work environment and work motivation. The data used is primary data from all PT.DSI employees totaling 129 respondents, using a survey method with a questionnaire. Analysis using multiple linear regression. The partial test shows the findings that career development, workload and work motivation have a negative impact on turnover intention, while the work environment has a significant effect on turnover inetion. The simultaneous test results show that all variables have a positive effect on turnover intention at PT DSI Sidoarjo. Work environment is the most dominant variable affecting employee turnover intention. The benefit of this research is that it shows that the work environment has a significant influence on turnover intention so that the company's commitment is needed to improve work comfort and safety. The research can be a reference for further research.
