Penerapan Model Pembelajaran (LAPS) – Heuristic Berbantuan Worksheet Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Kognitif Peserta Didik SMA Negeri 3 Pasuruan Nofiyanti, Alfin Mohammad Zaky Tatsar Model Pembelajaran LAPS-Heuristic worksheet Hasil belajar kognitif penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran (LAPS) – Heuristic Berbantuan Worksheet Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Kuantitatif dengan Desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimen Non equivalent Control Group Design dengan populasi 105 siswa. Teknik sampel penelitian dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kelas X MIPA 1 dan MIPA 2 model (LAPS)-Heuristic, kelas X MIPA 3 tanpa model pembelajaran (LAPS)-Heuristic. Instrument yang digunakan adalah tes pilihan ganda dan uraian untuk mengetahui hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik. Teknik analisis dengan uji-t, setelah uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik yang signifikan (thitung7,26> ttabel,1,67 (Eksperimen I) dan thitung 8,02> ttabel 1,67 (Eksperimen II) CV. Pengaruh Penggunaan Pembelajaran Multimedia dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa SMA PAB 4 Sampali Fauzi, Nuanda Muhammad Fauzan Azhmy Fajar Pasaribu Anggia Arif Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) PAB 4 Sampali merupakan sekolah menengah atas yang berada di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Sampali terus berupaya menciptakan lulusan pelajar yang terbaik di Deli Serdang. Bersaing dengan sekolah lain dalam menciptakan lulusan terampil dan berprestasi. Hasil  observasi  di SMA PAB 4 Sampali pada kelas XI jurusan IPA dan IPS diperoleh  bahwa hasil  belajar  siswa  belum maksimal. Hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata nilai rapor  Tengah Semester tahun  pelajaran 2022/2023 yang masih jauh  di  bawah rata- rata  yang  ditetapkan  Sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil  observasi tidak  tercapainya  nilai  rata-rata  siswa  pada  standar  yang  ditetapkan diperkirakan pada  saat  proses  pembelajaran siswa  masih  kurang  memiliki  rasa  percaya diri.  Hal  ini terlihat dari  tidak  ada  respon siswa untuk bertanya saat diperintahkan oleh guru.  Saat  pembelajaran, kerja  sama  antar siswa relative  pasif  yang  berarti belum terbangun  dengan  baik. Kedisiplinan  siswa juga  masih  kurang  terlihat  dari  kebiasaan siswa  datang  terlambat  ke sekolah  dan  ke dalam  kelas.  Sehingga  dapat  disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kurang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh penggunaan pembelajaran multimedia terhadap hasil belajar, (2) Pengaruh kecerdasan emosional siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. (3) Pengaruh penggunaan pembelajaran multimedia dan kecerdasan emosional siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA PAB 4 Sampali. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak tiga kelas yaitu 1 kelas jurusan IPA (n=30) dan 2 kelas jurusan IPS (n= 54). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Variabel pembelajaran multimedia dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Buku Ajar Fisika Materi Suhu dan Kalor Kelas XI dengan Pendekatan Pembelajaran Terintegrasi Ayat Al- Qur’an dan Al- Hadits Fikri, Muhammad Al Mubarokah, Nurul Hidayah The problem encountered at MA Nurul Hidaya Assonhaji is that physics is a very difficult subject and students do not like. The teaching materials/ worksheets used from several publishers are usually purchased/ photocopied which in general are not in accordance with the needs of students and teachers in schools so that teachers use textbooks. Therefore, the researchers developed a Physics Textbook for Class XI Materials of Temperature and Heat with an Integrated Generative Learning Approach Al - Qur'an and Hadith verses that are in accordance with the characteristics and needs of students so that students can study independently and prefer physics lessons. This research is a development research. This researcher consisted of 4 stages, namely: defining, designing, developing, data collection instruments used were textbook validation sheets, student response questionnaires. The textbook validation test was assisted by 2 validator lecturers. After the textbook feasibility test, a student response questionnaire was distributed involving 25 students. Filling out the questionnaire using a Liketk scale with a count of 1-4, the data can be analyzed quantitatively in accordance with the criteria of validity and practicality. From the results of the study, it was shown that the Material Physics Textbook for Class XI with an Integrated Generative Learning Approach Al-Qur'an and Hadith verses was quite valid with the validity result obtained was 60%. Then the Physics Textbook for Class XI Materials of Temperature and Heat With an Integrated Generative Learning Approach The verses of the Qur'an and Hadith are quite practical to use after a limited trial of 25 students with an average result of 80%. Perspektif Hukum Tentang Sertifikat Ganda Putra, Zulfikar Haris Risna, Andi Kristiana, Dwi Olivia, Silmi Soleha, Maratun Nurhikmah, Nurhikmah Pertanahan Sertefikat Ganda Lemahnya Data Base Pertanahan Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui apa penyebab kemunculan sertifikat ganda dikabupaten kolaka, siapa yang harus disalahkan dan bagaimana meminalisir terbitnya sertifikat ganda. Sampai saat ini permasalahan sertifikat tanah ganda atau yang lebih dikenal dengan tanah sengketa masih tetap ada, dan merupakan permasalahan lama yang belum terselesaikan. Terjadinya sertifikat tanah ganda antara lain akibat data base pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional tidak valid, sehingga penyelesaian pembuatan sertifikat yang kedua dan seterusnya bisa dikatakan tidak selektif. Di pihak masyarakat masalah pertanahan khususnya masalah sertifikat tanah ganda dikabupaten kolaka belum sepenuhnya disadari, dan baru sadar setelah ada orang lain yang juga mempunyai sertifikat tanah atas tanah yang ia miliki. Karena ketidaktahuan masyarakat terhadap sertifikat tanah ganda, maka ia tidak bisa mengadakan upaya pencegahan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk berusaha memberikan informasi, penyebab terjadinya sertifikat ganda dan bagaimana mengurangi/mencegah akan terjadinya sertifikat ganda atas tanah. Sebenarnya penyebab terjadinya sertefikat ganda di karenakan pada tahun 2017 peta digital masih manual sehinggah data base tentang pembuatan sertefikat tidak valid dan untuk pencegahannya, harus dilakukan secara serentak di semua lini yang ada kaitannya dengan data pertanahan. Pihak pemerintah sebagai penanggung jawab terhadap terjadinya sertifikat ganda harus mempunyai keberanian dan ketegasan dalam menegakkan hukum pertanahan. Disamping itu, pemerintah harus bisa memberikan informasi secara rutin tentang sertifikat agar masyarakat tahu semua kemungkinan yang menyebabkan terjadinya sertifikat ganda dan pemerintah juga harus mampu memfasilitasi peta digital setiap kantor pertanahan CV. Tinjauan Yuridis Status Anak Di Bawah Tangan Dalam Hak Menerima Warisan Yorita, Sindi Sofyan, Ahmad Astrid Zalsa Yulinda S Safitri E Ernawati H Hardiani Status Anak Orang tua Pernikahan dibawah tangan Warisan Pernikahan di bawah tangan sering menjadi permasalahan terutama tentang status anak yang lahir dari perkawinan/nikah siri. Kaitannya dengan pelaksanaan perkawinan tidak dicatat sudah tentu akan menimbulkan akibat hukum. Akibat hukum tersebut khususnya bagi istri dan status anak yang dilahirkan selama dalam kurun waktu perkawinan berlangsung. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada dua rumusan masalah, yaitu bagaimana tinjauan yuridis terhadap hak waris anak hasil perkawinan di bawah tangan dan bagaimana upaya pembuktian status anak dan kedudukan hak waris anak dari perkawinan di bawah tangan melalui prosedur tes Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid (DNA). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah penelitian hukum normatif, karena penelitian ini hanya ditujukan pada peraturan-peraturan tertulis sehingga penelitian ini sangat erat hubunganya pada perpustakaan karena membutuhkan data-data yang bersifat sekunder perpustakaan. Dalam penelitian ini ada beberapa sifat penelitian, yakni penelitian eksploratoris, penelitian deskriftif, dan penelitian eksplanatoris. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara studi dokumen terhadap data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku-buku, pendapat para ahli maupun kasus hukum yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian mengenai tinjauan yuridis terhadap hak waris anak hasil perkawinan di bawah tangan yaitu dengan dikeluarnya putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) Nomor 46/PUUVIII/2010 tentang kedudukan anak luar nikah, Sementara upaya pembuktian agar mendapatkan status hukum dapat ditempuh sesuai ketentuan Pasal 55 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 yang menyatakan : “ bila akta kelahiran tersebut dalam ayat (1) pasal ini tidak ada, maka pengadilan dapat mengeluarkan penetapan tentang asal usul seorang anak setelah diadakan pemeriksaan yang teliti berdasarkan bukti-bukti yang memenuhi syarat.” Bukti- bukti dalam hal ini harus dikembalikan kepada asas umum pembuktian sesuai Pasal 284 Rbg dan 164 HIR untuk membuktikan adanya perkawinan yang sah ditambah bukti lain berupa bukti hasil pemeriksaan tes DNA untuk membuktikan bahwa anak tersebut benar- benar dilahirkan dari  pasangan suami istri tersebut CV. Treffinger Learning Model Assisted by PPT Media is it Affects Student Learning Outcomes? Azzajjad, Muhammad Fath H Halima Rahayu, Ayu Ahmar, Dewi Satria Treffinger Power Point (PPT) Learning Outcomes The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of treffinger learning model assisted by PPT media on the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wundulako. This type of research is quantitative research using quasi experimental method with post-test design only design. The sample of this study amounted to 26 students of class XI MIPA 2 as an experimental class taught using the treffinger learning model assisted by PPT media and 26 students of class XI MIPA 1 as a control class taught using conventional models. Article 24 of Permendikbud No 17/2017 stipulates that the number of students in one study group is at least 20 and at most 28. Based on the results showed that the experimental class obtained an average post-test value of 72.40 while the control class obtained an average post-test value of 62.20. The normality test results obtained the significance value of the experimental class post-test 0.141 and the control class post-test 0.200 showed results > 0.05. The homogeneity test of the experimental group and the control group from the post-test results, the significance value > 0.05. Furthermore, the hypothesis test obtained a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Treffinger learning model assisted by PPT media on the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wundulako CV. Effectiveness of Teaching and Learning Process Based on Competency Curriculum and Influence on Student Skills Activation: Study on Students of the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic winowatan, wim Jeanny Pricilia Anneke W Learning Effectiveness Curriculum Competence Student Skills This study aims to obtain an empirical description of the skill level of students and whether there is a significant difference in the level of student skills before competency-based learning and after learning the competency-based curriculum at the Makassar Tourism Academy's Dish Management Study Program. This type of research is a survey with the independent variable being competency-based learning and the selection variable being the skill level of students using total sampling because the number of students studied was thirty people. Collecting data using observation techniques, namely by directly observing student skills, while the analytical technique used is T-test analysis (test difference between two averages). The results showed that the skill level of the students of the Dish Management Study Program at the Makassar Tourism Academy in competency-based learning was at a level that was less and less. On the other hand, after learning the competency-based curriculum, there was a significant increase, namely, they were at a good and very good level. Furthermore, there is a significant difference in the skill level of students before and after learning the competency-based curriculum in students of the culinary management study program. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the management of the Makassar Tourism Academy in the future can apply the learning process using a competency-based curriculum as has been implemented in several vocational schools in Indonesia. Lecturers’ Reasoning in Using Digital Technology: A Cognitive Approach in Learning Process Mardiana, Harisa Lecturers’ Reasoning Digital Technology Lecturers’ Cognitive Learning Process This research aims to investigate the reasoning of lecturers in using digital technology and its impact on cognitive approaches. Moreover, we find out the lecturer's use of digital technology in the learning process and determine the reasoning relationship between the use of digital technology and cognition. Problems occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic, where many lecturers needed to be stronger in digital mastering technology and low in its use. Some lecturers think that WhatsApp is online learning, where online learning requires interaction and not just sending news or subjects. Furthermore, many students feel pressured to be taught by lecturers like this, so several classes are closed because there are no students. This study used a mixed-method approach with 109 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms, and the qualitative data uses interviews with eight respondents. The results show that 50.5% of respondents can use digital technology, and 49.5% must learn, practice, and receive digital technology training. Furthermore, this research implies that lecturers with critical thinking can quickly master digital technology and simultaneously teach fellow lecturers to use digital technology CV. Using Nursery Rhymes in Teaching English for Young Learners at Childhood Education Nur Fitria, Tira childhood education nursery rhymes teaching English young learners This study is a literature review that explores the use of nursery rhymes as a teaching tool for young learners in early childhood education. Nursery rhymes, also known as English children's songs, can be an enjoyable way to engage children and foster their interest in learning English. Additionally, singing nursery rhymes can support children's physical-motor, social, emotional, and intellectual development. When selecting nursery rhymes as teaching materials, teachers must consider the appropriateness of the content for the children's age and world, and the potential for the content to encourage discussion and exploration of values and problem-solving skills. The illustrations should also be evaluated for their alignment with the story and appropriateness for the children's age. From a linguistic standpoint, teachers must choose nursery rhymes that are suitable for the children's language level, that facilitate language learning, and that can serve as the basis for activities. While there are challenges associated with selecting and utilizing nursery rhymes as teaching materials, this study suggests that their use can be a valuable tool in the early childhood education classroom CV. The Advanced Dietetics Module Development in Improving the Nutrition Diploma III Students’ Learning Outcomes of Kendari Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Rosnah, Rosnah P Petrus Fonnie E. Hasan Teguh Faturrahman Rita Irma Evi Kusumawati I Made Rai Sudarsono Modules Advanced Dietetics Study Outcomes Diploma III Nutrition Student A successful learning process at schools must be supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure, including up-to-date learning resources and teaching materials that can support the learning process.  The appropriate method in development research is a mixed method, which ensures that all research procedures are collected. Data analysis at the stage of the advanced dietetics module development process used analytical techniques in the forms of reviewing suggestions and corrections to the module content, presentation, language, and graphics. These processes were further conducted through a qualitative descriptive analysis.  Material validation questionnaire sheets, linguists, and media were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. In this case, calculation of the Likert Scale score was used to calculate this percentage. In addition, quantitative and descriptive analysis was carried out on student response questionnaires. The effectiveness of the advanced Dietetics module was evaluated quantitatively through quasi-experimental and non-equivalent control group research design.  The expert team's assessment on the aspects of cover, content feasibility, presentation, module layout, graphics, and language aspects showed that all aspects were categorized as very feasible. Furthermore, in terms of appearance, presentation of material, and benefits, the results of the student's assessment on the module were categorized as very understandable. This study showed that the group of students who were given the dietetics module advanced had a higher average score.  The researchers suggest that advanced dietetic modules need further development with regard to the media used to support teaching materials, for example interactive computer-based modules and multimedia products in digital formats (e-learning) CV. Woman representative in Divorce: An analysis form Syafi’iyyah Fiqh Lawang, Karimuddin Abdullah Rika Sasralina Darwin Sagala J Jalaluddin Titin Samsudin divorce legality wife’s representative fiqh al-syafi’iyyah The divorce phenomenon that occurs in society is a husband who assigns his wife the authority to file for divorce, giving up his right to file for divorce himself. Moving past these issues, the author is interested in learning more about the legality of a divorce from a husband to his wife based on the legal foundation of fiqh al-syafi’iyyah. The writers’ method of inquiry is descriptive qualitative research with a normative perspective. The study’s findings indicated that the legality of divorce on a wife according to fiqh scholars al-syafi’īyyah is valid and the fall of divorce is because there is a need (hajat) and this opinion is a strong opinion to practice. This is different from the case of a husband delegating his wife’s divorce to another woman. There is a difference in the opinion of scholars, some fiqh al-Syafi’iyyah scholars say it is legal, some others argue that it is illegal on the grounds that there is no intention and women also cannot accept representation. One of these impacts is the advancement of information and communication technology, which has many promising benefits, such as time efficiency, speedy delivery of information, transparency, and affordability. In today's era of regional autonomy, it is essential to achieve good governance, which is balanced with the use of information and communication technology, commonly referred to as e-government. Economic recovery efforts should focus on improving welfare measures for people and nations, leading to international economic recovery. Starting at the micro level and moving up to the macro level is crucial in ensuring that the recovery efforts benefit all levels of the economy. The Bulak Fish Market Center is a vital hub for MSMEs dealing with fish and other natural resources, sourced from the sea. The pandemic has led to reduced jobs, production, and income for MSMEs, underscoring the need for effective government policies to support their growth and development. This study seeks to examine the impact of government policies aimed at empowering MSMEs and fostering business development strategies, particularly in the digitalization era, at the Bulak Market Center in Surabaya City. Business development aspects such as digital marketing, product and service quality assurance, and customer relationship marketing were analyzed using qualitative research methods such as observations, interviews, documentation, and analysis of previous studies. The results indicate that government policies intended to support economic recovery through MSMEs are not fully implemented at the Bulak Fish Market Center. The research findings can provide valuable insights to the government to evaluate the effectiveness of their policies and educate readers who are pursuing similar businesses. Critical Thinking Characteristics of Female National Science Olympiad Participants in Solving Mathematics Problems Afifah, Dian Septi Nur Afifah Nafi'an, Muhammad Ilman Sulistyani, Arum Purba Critical Thinking Problem Solving OSN Participants This study aims to describe the characteristics of critical thinking of female OSN participants in solving math problems. This research is a case study qualitative approach. The research subjects were female participants of OSN SMP Mathematics Tulungagung Regency. The subject selection technique was snowball sampling. Research instruments were test questions and interview guidelines. Data collection techniques include written tests, interviews, documentation. Data validity checking triangulation techniques and reference adequacy. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. Based on the research results, the subject fulfills 11 indicators, namely (1) reading carefully, repeatedly, writing mathematical sentences without explaining, focusing the question, (2) explaining the plan by understanding the problem, choosing the formula, writing the formula, (3) working coherently, structured, according to the formula, (4) explaining the information obtained by remembering the material and formulas used, (5) explained the steps to solve the problem clearly, coherently, thorough workmanship, and confidently, (6) argued according to his knowledge, relevant, and accurate but not logical, (7) used one solution and detected other possible plans by trying first, (8) explained other possible steps by paying attention to each stage, (9) tried to solve based on the plan made, (10) found the value of the element subsumed in the formula, the answer was correct and (11) was sure the answer was correct, checking by checking the calculation of the substitution of numbers in the formula from the beginning CV. Sufism Values in Pancasila as the Nation's Ideology Nurhuda, Abid National Ideology Pancasila Sufism Values Indonesia was born on August 17, 1945, at the same time as the emergence of the term Pancasila which is composed of existing cultural values, personality, statehood, and societal norms so that it becomes the Ideology of the Nation. The ideology is actual, dynamic, and open so that it allows for new innovative thoughts, one of which is the teachings of Sufism which are used as a shield to answer the current moral decline. So the purpose of this study is to describe the values of Sufism in Pancasila as the National Ideology. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach, collecting data using documentation techniques and careful observation of each data. Then analyzed the relevant contents and finally concluded. The results of the study show that the values of Sufism in Pancasila as the National Ideology include Takhalli which is manifested in the first precept as a form of conformity of human nature to be empty of disgraceful attitudes that do not exist in God by drawing closer to him. Then Taḥalli which is manifested in the second, third, and fourth precepts as a form of human self-decoration through a just, civilized attitude, united with a spirit of cooperation and wise deliberation. English Speaking Varieties of English Instructors at Some English Courses in Makassar (A Case Study) Madjid, Merla English Instructor First language Grammar Regional languages affect the way a person speaks English, for example in the aspect of pronunciation, especially for English teachers. This refers to the speaker seeing the difference between sound and speech. Buginese and Makassarese are tribes with strong accents. Therefore, this study aims to identify what things appear when speaking English from the influence of the Buginese language in an English course in Makassar City. This research adopts a qualitative case study. Data analysis was collected based on four phases, namely sample data collection, data presentation, data verification and data processing. This shows that teachers are usually influenced by regional languages when speaking English and in daily conversation. Qualitative research is to understand the meaning of the individual and the group environment.The results of the study show that the errors that often occur are the omission of elements in language such as grammar, conjunctions, etc. English teachers must know that their first language can affect their pronunciation when speaking English, and they must get used to getting used to good English pronunciation. The study employs a qualitative research method. The data used is the novel Ancika Dia Yang Bersamaku Tahum 1995, published by Pastel Books in 2021. Data collection was carried out through the technique of note-taking. The findings of the study reveal that the novel Ancika Dia Yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 possesses a strong representation of feminism. Through the story's plot, the author presents a discourse about the equality of rights and obligations between women and men. The novel portrays the importance of equality, equal rights, and respect for women. Through the character of Ancika, readers are invited to witness the role of a strong, brave woman who is capable of determining her own fate. This stimulates thought about the importance of creating a just and inclusive society, where women have an equal and respected role in all aspects of life. The implications of the findings highlight the importance of valuing and recognizing the equality between women and men in various aspects of life. This research analyzes the management of cyber public relations in one of Jakarta's regional general hospitals or health houses, namely the Koja Hospital. This study aims to explore Koja Hospital's efforts in interacting with the public through Instagram social media. Data mining will focus on two aspects: first, what messages Koja Hospital conveys through Instagram, and second, how the public reacts to messages from Koja Hospital. The research method used is a mixed, qualitative, and quantitative method. The quantitative method is used to mine data related to the messages conveyed by Koja Hospital through Instagram, while the qualitative method is used to explore how Koja Hospital manages dialogues with the public on its Instagram account. This research is conducted by analyzing Koja Hospital's Instagram account from January-February 2023. The research findings conclude that Koja Hospital uses Instagram as a cyber public relations platform to convey messages with categories including Health Education, Service Promotion, Hospital Social Programs, Employee Activities, Events, Health Technology Innovations, and Awards and Certifications through photos and videos. Islamic Democracy or Secular? Some Aspects of Democracy Practiced in Indonesia Khairunnisa, Brilliant Windy Democracy Indonesia Islamic Democracy Secular Democracy Indonesia is one of the largest democratic countries in the world, especially in the way of elections with its unique system. However, Indonesia is notable for its largest population of Islamic society which could influence its policy. In this regard, this study aims to analyse the democratic application in Indonesia with an Islamic democracy or secular democracy by using democracy indicators including the election process, civil liberties, government function, and political culture. This study was conducted with a qualitative explorative method while both primary and secondary data were conceived. This study results illustrate that the Indonesian state does not implement an Islamic democratic system because there is no Islamic constitution that applies in it, however, due to the existence of a majority Muslim society somehow influences some of the policies that apply therefore that it cannot be claimed to be a completely secular democracy. Rural Development Research Trends: Bibliometric Analysis Using Publish or Perish and Vosviewer Komang Ariyanto Agricultural Development Rationalization of Farmers Rural Development Rural Livelihoods Sustainable Livelihoods This article aims to revisit the study of rural development, agricultural development, and rural livelihoods by highlighting publications in Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar from 1980 to 2023. The study utilized Google Scholar's and Semantic Scholar's 43-year citation database to compile articles. The keywords used in this study were "Rural Development," "Agricultural Development," and "Rural Livelihoods," with English document filters applied through the Publish or Perish software. Descriptive statistical methods were used to present graphs, diagrams, tables, and literature reviews. Subsequently, a bibliometric analysis was performed on the data using the VOSviewer software. In this study, visualization of citations and keywords was conducted. The study reveals significant research trends in rural development, agricultural development, and rural livelihoods over the past 43 years. Based on the visualization of a large cluster network map containing concepts related to rural development, agricultural development, and rural livelihoods, various advancements in concept development emerged. Studies on the mathematical modeling of rural development, agricultural development, and rural livelihoods remain separate. No study has integrated the topic of agricultural development and rural livelihoods within the context of agricultural development. The researcher further employs bibliometric analysis to identify relevant keywords related to the topics of study: rural development, agricultural development, and rural livelihoods. Thus, the researchers suggest further study on the rationalization of farmers in dryland areas to realize food security for local communities' livelihoods. As a result, jihad has been assumed to be a specific act of violence, such as terrorism and radicalism. This article aims to explain the concept of jihad in Islam from the perspective of Indonesian Muslim students at Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Indonesia, and to explore the factors that influence their understanding of jihad. This study adopts a semantic approach to the teaching of jihad in the Qur'an, contextualizing it with the current situation. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that CIMB Niaga Banjarmasin uses an open and closed recruitment process through internal and external sources, and uses both scientific and non-scientific methods in selecting employees. Job announcements have taken advantage of technology and social media. However, the selection method used is still conservative. It was found that recruitment and selection have an impact on the performance of employees at CIMB Niaga Bank Banjarmasin.. This proves that scientific recruitment methods such as psychological tests can predict the performance of prospective employees in the future CV. Consuming K-Pop Photocards: Mediated Intimacy in Indonesian Fan Practices Kitra Desnika Shuri Mariasih Gietty Tambunan Fans K-Pop Mediated Intimacy Merchandise Photocard K-Pop fans’ consumptive behavior is reflected through the act of a variety of K-Pop merchandise and one of these merchandises is photocards. This article highlights photocards as a microscopic case study to explore the problematic fan practice of humanizing these photocards particularly as fans post contents related to their photocards on social media. Fans who actively collect K-Pop photocards treat them as if they are a substitute of their idols and they need to be always protected with care. Research findings show that fans treat photocards as a living human being for example by bringing these photocards while they do their activities and addressing them in their social media posts reflecting an intimate relationship between fans and the imagined presence of their idols through the photocards. By utilizing content analysis and ethnography method, data were collected through TikTok and interview session with several respondents (K-Pop photocard collectors). This research aims to observe how photocard is not only a material object that is meaningless. These photocards are humanized like a friend and become a replacement from the absence of the real form of the idols. Internalization of Islamic Moderation Value in Mathematics Problem Solving Nafi'an, Muhammad Ilman Ahmadi, Bagus Muttaqin, Muhammad Ngizzul Afifah, Dian Septi Nur Islamic Mathematics Moderation Several studies have discussed the internalization of Islamic values in mathematics, including Islam and mathematics, internalization of Islamic values in mathematics learning with analogy strategies, mathematical analysis of the philosophy of the Quran, the secret of numbers in the Qur’an. However it has never been discused abaout the internalization of Islamic moderation values in mathematical problem solving. So this research is needed. Moreover, the phenomenon of Islam in Indonesia is currently shifting away from the image of moderate Islam and into a harsher conservative ideology. This is more worrying because it has entered the realm of education. For that it is necessary to internalize the value of Ilamic moderation in mathematical problem solving. One of the strategies that can be done to instill religious moderation values in mathematical problem solving is the analogy strategy. Facts, concepts, and principles in mathematics can be used a analogy to instill religious moderation values. In this study, describe some examples of the application of analogy strategies for internalizing Islamic value. This study uses the library method. The data obtained were publications of research artcles in scientific journals. The analyed articles include three stages, organizing, synthesizing and identifying. The results of data analysis show that the value of tasamuh in mathematics learning can be done through open ended problem solving. The characteristics of open ended problem is problem that have more than one solution and answer  tolerance, so each student may have different and equally correct solutions and answers. This is in accordance with the principle of tasamuh value in Islamic moderation. Therefore, on classroom learning, the values of tasamuh can be implemented through open ended problem. CV. Christian spirituality is such a diverse practice, though, that researchers have decided spirituality itself is unable to be quantified as one segmented behavior. Christian spirituality is neither merely a hierarchical ladder nor simply something designed to attain ultimate spirituality. Patterns of glorifying private Christian spirituality become the locality of Miroslav Volf's criticism as both philosopher and theologian. The data collected here represents qualitative research utilizing interview techniques recorded on smartphones. The recordings were processed into verbatim transcripts as a medium for gathering narratives related to the subjects' experiences. We conducted qualitative research through interview techniques, as Christian life and the practices of society and self are closely related to the subjects' lives and their social engagement. The results showed that spirituality is both a tension and a celebration of diversity within Christian practices in everyday life. With social media playing a significant role in shaping the aspirations and lifestyles of young individuals, the study centers on the hustle culture trend due to its strong promotion of values such as hard work, ambition, and productivity as integral to their way of life. Data was collected from various platforms including Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, comprising textual, visual, and multimedia content related to hustle culture and the modern urban youth lifestyle in Indonesia. Additionally, interviews were conducted with six millennial respondents. The collected data is analyzed using the Ethnography Content Analysis (ECA) approach while reflecting on various theoretical concepts regarding youth, urban, social media, and hustle culture. The findings demonstrate that the hustle culture trend constructs an idealized image and lifestyle of modern urban youth, portraying them as modern, productive, and inspirational, thereby equating the social media image of success with actual success. The Needs of Beginning Thai BIPA Learners on Indonesian Cultural Content Ambarwati, Ari Laksono, Prayitno Tri Wahyuni, Sri Sari, Ifit Novita BIPA BIPA Thai learners Panji-Inao rice consumption culture Indonesia and Thailand share the same cultural knowledge regarding rice food consumption and the heroic epic Panji or Inao. However, research exploring learning materials about this two cultural knowledge as BIPA learning materials for beginner Thai BIPA learners has not been intensively conducted. This research focuses on efforts to identify the need for Indonesian-Thai cultural content material for BIPA students at the beginner level. This research design uses ADDIE by adapting the first two steps, namely first, compiling questionnaires and interviews with BIPA Thai elementary students and teachers to obtain projections of the needs and preferences of non-text BIPA textbooks containing Inao's story. Second, conduct a needs and preferences analysis of the results of questionnaires and interviews of beginner-level BIPA Thai learners. The respondents of this study were six BIPA students from the State University of Malang, Walalailak University of Thailand, and the Islamic University of Malang. The results showed that the culture of rice consumption, the story of Inao or Panji, and Indonesian tourist attractions that became world heritage designated by UNESCO are interesting and need to be the content of BIPA learning materials, with the medium of electronic books, BIPA pages, and social media platforms (IG, FB, Twitter, and Youtube). The implication of this research is the preparation of BIPA learning designs for Thai BIPA students with cultural content of rice consumption, the story of Panji or Inao, and Indonesian tourist attractions that are UNESCO world heritage CV. The method used is qualitative with a field study approach, collecting data using observation techniques, documentation, and interviews. The Role of Christian Religious Education Teachers in Shaping Student Character Through Peace Education and Conflicts Resolution Among Students Talakua, Martha Anthoneta CRE Teachers Conflict Students Peace Education Student Character Peace education has emerged as one of the main factors for reducing conflicts among students, although its implementation in various Indonesian schools was limited. This qualitative study incorporated a literature review and aimed to investigate the role of Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers in addressing conflicts among students by integrating peace education into CRE learning. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The results showed that the likelihood of both internal and external conflicts decreased when the teachers played a good role in educating students. Moreover, peace education constituted a long-term, effective effort against a culture of violence, specifically when implemented at an early age. CRE teachers were crucial in mitigating conflicts, making their promotion of peace education highly valuable in reducing such incidents. Furthermore, peace education is one of the solutions for shaping the character of students who embraced a peace-loving life CV. Student Reasoning Based on Mathematical Ability in Solving HOTS Problems through Differentiated Learning Dian Septi Nur Afifah Nur Ika Fatmawati Differentiated Learning HOTS Problems Reasoning The mathematical abilities of students with reasoning are closely interrelated. The HOTS-type problem is an effort to improve reasoning ability. The ability of students to solve HOTS questions is still relatively low. Through a differentiated learning model, it is expected to help students in the learning process that suits their needs. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of differentiated learning models and describe the mathematical reasoning ability of students who have low, medium, and high abilities. This type of research is qualitatively descriptive with instruments in the form of observation sheets, questionnaires, test questions and interviews. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Test the validity of data using triangulation techniques. The results of this study show that differentiated learning can improve students' ability to reason. Four indicators of mathematical reasoning are, students' ability to present mathematical problems in the form of written statements, students' ability to make conjectures, students' ability to manipulate mathematics, and students' ability to draw conclusions from problems. Subjects with a high level of reasoning meet two indicators. Whereas subjects with moderate levels of reasoning met only three indicators and subjects with low levels of reasoning met only two indicators. Mathematics teachers should provide learning that is in accordance with the learning style of students and students should also do HOTS type questions more often. CV. The Effect of Strategic Orientation Through Social Capital on the Performance of the Republic of Indonesia Public Employee Cooperative (KPRI) Tulungagung Regency Sawal Sartono U Ujianto Tri Andjarwati Entrepreneurial Orientation Market Orientation Technology Orientation Learning Orientation Social Capital KPRI Performance Strategic orientation refers to how organizations should interact with customers, competitors, technology, and other external factors to make optimal strategic choices. Research using four orientations simultaneously is still rarely done and given the importance of social capital in social enterprises, this study will analyze the effect of social capital as an intervening variable on the performance of KPRI. Based on this, this study aims to determine the effect of strategic orientation on KPRI performance with social capital as an intervening variable. The research method uses quantitative methods with path analysis and data analysis using the PLS Smart application. The results of the study resulted in the following findings; Entrepreneurial orientation. Market orientation Technology orientation has no effect, learning orientation has no effect on KPRI performance. Social capital has a significant influence on the performance of KPRI in Tulungagung Regency. Social capital is proven as an intervening variable affecting entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, technology orientation, learning orientation on KPRI performance. KPRI management is more risk averse to maintain financial balance so that the social mission of the cooperative is maintained. The majority of KPRI's business is savings and loans, KPRI members to meet urgent financial needs prefer to borrow from KPRI. The use of technology and learning orientation is still limited due to constraints on KPRI's resources. Faris Dark Spinner Intan Paramadhita The purpose of this study is as an effort to interpret the short story Peminspin Gelap by Intan Pramataditha in the perspective of magical realism. The value of education is also present as one of the aspects studied because it can provide new knowledge for readers and is considered important to learn. The approach used is to use qualitative methods that focus on semiotics, content analysis, and hermeneutics. The source of the data was obtained from the main object of this study, namely the short story book Peminspin Gelap by Intan Paramaditha. Other data used to support this research relate to magical realism such as book references, some relevant research and electronic journals taken from the internet. Data collection is carried out by reading and recording techniques. The results of this research can be found data from the representation of magical realism in the short story Dark Spinner by Intan Paramadhita. First, magical realism data was found based on the meanings and symbols of images on the cover of the short story anthology book Female Magic, and the cover of the short story Dark Spinner pen.  Then, data were obtained from the analysis of story texts based on Wendy B. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through an online survey of 199 respondents of the Management Study Program students class of 2020. The data were analyzed using multiple regression methods to evaluate the relationship between the independent variables of influencer roles, affiliate marketing, and online customer reviews and the dependent variable (purchasing decisions). The analysis results show that the role of influencers, affiliate marketing, and online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on Generation Z's purchasing decisions. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating marketing strategies through influencers, affiliate marketing, and online customer reviews in influencing Generation Z's purchasing decisions. This provides guidance for businesses to utilize e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok content as an effective means of communication to reach and influence the Generation Z market. The method used is quantitative with descriptive analysis techniques to explain the characteristics of the sample and inferential analysis techniques using SPSS and AMOS software analysis tools. The study population consisted of Shopee e-commerce users in Indonesia, with a sample of 140 respondents selected by non-probability methods with purposive sampling techniques and analysis methods used in this study namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, cross-tabulation test and path analysis. Data was obtained by distributing google form questionnaires through social media. The results of the analysis show that the existence of Live Streaming and Flash Sale has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying. This research provides a deeper understanding of the factors that influence Impulse Buying behavior in the context of Live Streaming and Flash Sale of Shopee e-commerce users. The results of this study can provide guidance for Shopee and other e-commerce parties to design more effective marketing strategies and focus on Flash Sale to increase impulse purchases. The results of the validity test output show that the data of this study is declared valid and the reliability test shows that each variable in this study is declared reliable or consistent. The Influence of Paylater and Affiliate Features on Consumer Buying Interest in Shopping on the Shopee Aplication Irma Trimulyawati Ladina Syafa Sholeha Adi Setiawan Tiara Muthiarsih Affiliate Consumer Purchase Interest Paylater Feature The paylater feature is a digital payment feature that uses an e- commerce platform, purchasing goods among teenagers is very lacking due to the economic conditions that are currently unstable. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study was conducted at the unswagati Cirebon campus, level 1-4 management study program as many as 147 respondents.  The sampling technique used by researchers is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique and data analysis used in this researcher is regression and descriptive analysis then the analysis methods used in this study include validity test, cross tabulation, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, hypothesis testing, path analysis fit model test using SPSS and amos Softwer analysis tools to test the effect of paylater and affiliate features on consumer buying interest. The results of this study indicate that the paylater feature has a positive effect on consumer buying interest, affiliates have an effect on consumer buying interest. Because the validity and reliability test results are less than 0.1362, the normality test is less than 0, 01, the multicoronality test is less than 10, hypothesis testing, the results show that all hypotheses are accepted, because the C.R value is more than 1.98, namely with a C.R value of 7.875 and 11.532 respectively. And the P value also shows the same result if the P value is less than 0.05 or symbolized * (below 0.01), it means that the two hypotheses have a significant effect or are accepted. path analysis fit model test is accepted because the GFT measure shows a P-value of more than 0.05, RMSE less than 0.08, CMIN less than 2.00, GFI less than 0.90, AGFI less than, 0.90, CFI more than 0.90, TLI more than 0.90. So it can be stated that the path analysis model fit test is accepted. CV. Procurement Tender Fairness: MSME, Business Competition Law, and SIKaP Application Asmah, Asmah Business Competition Law MSME Procurement Tenders SIKaP Application This study analyzes the right to justice in tenders for the procurement of goods and services for small business actors from the perspective of business competition law through the application of the SIKaP application. The research method used is qualitative analysis based on the available empirical analysis of the literature. The results of the literature analysis show that small business actors face challenges such as the non-transparency of the selection process, unfairness in evaluating proposals, non-neutral procurement, unfair competition, and constraints on access to information. SIKaP application is considered as a potential solution to increase fairness in procurement tenders, but challenges such as lack of understanding and awareness as well as technical obstacles still need to be overcome. The importance of the role of business competition law is also recognized in protecting the rights of small business actors. This study concludes that additional efforts are needed, including training and awareness, technological infrastructure improvements, and effective law enforcement, to ensure the successful implementation of the SIKaP application and the protection of small business actors' rights in procurement tenders. The results of this study make an important contribution in understanding the challenges and opportunities for small business actors in obtaining fairness in procurement tenders. This infection is brought about by pressure of the middle nerve at the wrist. Occupational factors are work- related risk factors, such as working quickly, repetitive movements, work stress, work that uses a lot of wrists and vibrations. The motivation behind this study is to decide the impact of word related elements to CTS frequency on regulatory specialists. This study uses cross sectional design with 35 respondents as sample. To determine hand posture was carried out by observation and interpretation with RULA, measurement of repetitive motion use a stopwatch, and work stress use Stress Diagnosis Survey. Utilize the Phalen's Test and the Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionnaire to determine the incidence of CTS. The aftereffect of prescreening on managerial specialists uncovered that 40% laborers are positive for CTS. While the analysis uses binary logistic regression to determine the influence of occupational factors to CTS incident. Variables that influence CTS are repetitive motion of using mouse (p=0.005), repetitive motion of typing (p=0.027), and work stress (p=0.027). Values Reflected in First Language Textbooks of Primary Education in West Bengal Ankur Nandi Tarini Hader Tapash Das Value Textbook Bengali Language Primary Education Content Analysis Textbooks function as catalysts for societal change, influencing students’ values, beliefs, and cultural awareness from their primary level of education. Textbooks serve as key learning resources for students which significantly influences students’ character development. The creation of textbooks reflecting values is essential, and achieving this goal requires a comprehensive analysis of textbooks. The objectives of the study are focused on examining values are represented in the text and images found within Bengali language textbooks of Primary Education Board, School Education Departments, govt. of West Bengal, India was the publisher of the textbook. A Bengali textbook named “Patabahar” of class IV of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education has been chosen through the purposive sampling technique as a sample in this study. This study used qualitative and documentary research methods through content analysis. The findings demonstrate that social values, moral values, environmental values, and Personal values, emotional values, cultural values are more reflected and spiritual, aesthetic, humanistic, economic, historical, civic, peace, national, cognitive values were minimally reflected across the textbooks. The study results provide a basis for state or national policy changes that promote values-balanced content in educational media and ensure the development and implementation of guidelines that are beneficial to the development of textbook development agencies. Teaching Speaking in Senior High School by Pair Work Technique Purnama Sari, Ika Yanti Anggraini S Setiawati Anita Purba Noor Faridha CAR Pair Work Speaking This research was conducted to increase students' speaking skills by using the Pair Work Technique. The researcher wanted to find out whether the Pair Work Technique can increase students' speaking skills; besides that, the researcher wanted to know the students' perception as long as thought by the Pair Work Technique. This researcher used Action Class Research. The subject was Class X IPS MAN Pematangsiantar.  This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. In quantitative the researcher use Pre Test and Post Test. In the test, the average of students was 66,77, and in the post-test Test, the students could increase their average score to 80,65. Besides that, the researcher also makes an observation about students' perception as long as taught by Pair Work Technique. There are 31% of students feel studying happily, 29% of students feel brave and active in giving their opinions, 26% of students feel motivated, and 14% of students are becoming helpful in studying when teaching and learning process using Pair Work techniques. The Role of Digital Literacy in Online Teaching: The Lecturers’ Perspectives Mardiana, Harisa Digital Literacy Educational Technology Higher Education Lecturer Perspectives Online Teaching This research explores how educators view digital literacy in virtual instruction, examining the impact of both internal and external factors on digital skills. Through a combination of methods, information was obtained from surveys completed by 103 lecturers and from detailed interviews with 15 lecturers in Tangerang City. Results indicate that 76.7% of respondents feel external factors, such as institutional support and infrastructure, are primary drivers for successful digital integration. Additionally, 69.9% of lecturers reported that internal factors, including attitudes, beliefs, and intentions, directly impact their digital teaching effectiveness. Educators proficient in digital literacy supported interactive online environments, while those with limited skills faced challenges that impacted student engagement and comprehension. The findings highlight the significance of ongoing digital literacy education, backing from organizations, and establishment of policies to encourage effective digital incorporation. Remote working has been embraced best in knowledge-intensive industries, where it increases productivity significantly but at the same time enhances the risk of feeling isolated, and flexitime gives a good work-life balance but needs clear demarcations in the use of this flexibility to prevent over-commitment. Tribal coexistence in Palu City entails a number of protocols to protect the Kaili tribe's traditional knowledge. Cultural mingling occurs between the Bugis and Makassar tribes, who have long resided in Palu city. The urban centre of Palu City has been shaped and helped to flourish by the interplay of the Kaili, Bugis, and Makassar cultures. Families of Muslims from the three tribes coexist in socioreligious Despite their disparate religious customs, there is a great deal of religious concord among the tribes.  In Palu City, Muslim groups coexist with other Muslim communities. Communication Styles for Enhancing Patient Motivation in Spinal Tuberculosis Care Handayani, Sri Ganiem, Leila Mona communication styles doctor-patient interaction healthcare communication strategies spinal tuberculosis therapeutic communication This study examines the role of therapeutic communication styles in managing spinal tuberculosis (TB) care, emphasizing their impact on building trust, reducing anxiety, and motivating patient engagement. Employing a qualitative approach grounded in the post-positivist paradigm, the research was conducted at RS Premiere Bintaro with an orthopaedic surgeon and a purposive sample of spinal TB patients and their caregivers as participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and non-participatory observations, analyzed using a thematic framework. The findings reveal that communication styles such as Impression, Attentive, Open, and Friendly styles significantly enhance therapeutic relationships. The Impression Style fosters trust through positive first impressions, while the Attentive Style reinforces empathy and active listening, addressing psychological and emotional concerns. The Open Style empowers patients by providing transparent and comprehensive explanations, and the Friendly Style alleviates anxiety using humor and informal conversations. Additionally, involving caregivers using the Relinquishing Style underscores the importance of shared decision-making and collaborative care. This study highlights the necessity of adopting adaptable communication styles tailored to patient and caregiver needs in managing chronic conditions like spinal TB. It recommends integrating these styles into healthcare training programs, emphasizing the ethical use of humour and non-verbal communication to enhance patient comfort and adherence. Implementation of Civic Education in Increasing Religious Tolerance in Elementary Schools in the 21st Century Haris, Muhammad Hidayatul Mufidah Religious Tolerance Elementary Schools Indonesia Curriculum Implementation Teacher Training Student Engagement Literature Review In the era of increasing globalization, the diversity of cultures and religions in Indonesia presents significant challenges for the education system. Religious tolerance, a crucial aspect of fostering a harmonious and civilized society, must be instilled from an early age. Civic Education (PKn) at the elementary school level plays a key role in this process, as its curriculum aims to cultivate responsible citizens who respect differences and can coexist peacefully with others of varied backgrounds. Despite various policies and programs aimed at promoting tolerance, incidents of intolerance among youth persist, indicating that current educational approaches may not be fully effective. This research seeks to evaluate and analyze the implementation of PKn in enhancing religious tolerance at the elementary school level, focusing on teaching methods and student engagement. Using a literature review with a critical analysis approach, the study examines books, journal articles, research reports, and policy documents related to PKn and religious tolerance. The findings reveal that PKn is effective in instilling tolerance values, though challenges such as inadequate teacher training and resource limitations hinder its full potential. The study concludes with recommendations for improving PKn implementation to better address the needs of the 21st century, emphasizing the need for a collaborative effort among government, schools, and families to support a more inclusive educational environment. Islamic Populism and The Ideology of the Front Islamic Defender (Front Pembela Islam) in Indonesia Abdullah, Sait Abdul Rahman Muhammad Naem Aziz Elites Ideology Islamic Populism Power Resources Islamic populism as part of contemporary political dynamics in Indonesia is unlikely to ever subside even though Indonesia was hit by the Covid 19 outbreak. In the context of power contestation, many scholars have argued that Islamic populism in Indonesia plays a very important role in supporting the elite to mobilize the masses and gain support for their political legitimacy.  However, there is limited study to explain the role of ideology the FPI as social agent of Islamic populism.  The study exemplifies the role of ideology of the Front Islamic Defender reflecting in the idea of ‘amar maruf nahi mungkar’ in current development of Islamic politics in Indonesia. By using a structural political economy approach, the author argues that although the formal organisation of the FPI has been dismantled by the Indonesian governement, yet the Islamic populism as a contested idea that has strong historical roots will continue to exist and develop if the contestation for power continues. As a political ideology that has a strong social and material basis, ‘amaruf nahi mungkar’ will still exist and become the ideological basis that supports the legitimacy of political elites in the contest for power and resources. Trilogy of Philosophy of Science Thinking as a Stimulation of Collaboration Skills in Asian Community Education courses Ahmar, Dewi Satria Azzajjad, Muhammad Fath Collaborative Skills Scientific Philosophy Trilogy The Collaborative abilities are essential for student achievement in the educational environment of the twenty-first century. Nonetheless, both international and domestic evaluations have shown that college students frequently struggle to collaborate well with others, interact critically, and co-create knowledge. In order to foster collaborative abilities, this study intends to investigate the effects of incorporating the Trilogy of Scientific Philosophy Thinking ontology, epistemology, and axiology into the Asian Community Education course. The study used a posttest-only control group and a quasi-experimental design. Two courses were used: the control group got case studies with no philosophical integration, whereas the experimental group was instructed using case studies enhanced with philosophical trilogy materials. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample, which included 60 college students. A collaborative skills questionnaire was used to gather data, and both descriptive and inferential statistics were used for analysis. According to the results, the experimental group outperformed the control group on all four aspects of collaboration: respect for variety, communication, accountability, and interdependence (p < 0.05). These findings demonstrate how philosophical reasoning might improve students' ability to work together in a meaningful way. Building future-ready students and transformational community educators requires introspective, ethical, and integrative thinking, all of which are fostered by incorporating philosophical frameworks into learning modules. A Bibliometric Review of the Field Theory: Current Trends and Future Development Samnuzulsari, Tri Bibliometric Field theory Systematic Literature Review This study focuses on the development of Field Theory (FT) literature trends through bibliometric analysis for the previous 20 years. The data analyzed consists of 447 peer-reviewed journal articles from 228 sources retrieved in the Web of Science (WoS) database with Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) indexing, from 2003 to October 2022. An overview of 447 articles was presented by utilizing Biblioshiny and HistCite. To visualize the data, we used VOSviewer software. Bibliometric analysis enabled us to chart the development of the FT literature. and its variants, provide a thorough understanding of the FT field's dynamics (structure), and identify journals, authors, subtopics (themes), and their interconnections and network relationships. The results of this study obtained two significant findings, namely that studies on FT grew rapidly from 2003 to 2022, especially in 2016. In addition, there are seven research clusters where neo-institutionalism and Pierre Bourdieu are the dominant themes. CV. One of the leading online shopping platforms today is shopee. However, with the increasing use of online shopping applications, there are concerns about the security of users' personal data. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of personal data protection on shopee online. By using normative juridical method with legislation approach (Statue Approach). The results of this study In the analysis of the implementation of personal data protection in Shopee's Privacy Policy currently does not fully meet the requirements of Law 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection. There are deficiencies in terms of providing sufficient information to consumers/users about Shopee's identity, legal basis, purpose of processing personal data, and responsibilities. CV. Analysis of the Implementation of the Online Mortgage Registration System Sri Budi Purwaningsih Melinda Nur Artanti Electronic System Mortgage Registration The encumbrance of collateral for land rights or so-called Mortgage Rights is carried out by registration at the Land Office in accordance with Law Number 4 of 1996. But this has been replaced by the regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning of the National Land Agency Number. 5 of 2020 which transfers the process of registering mortgage rights to electronic. Registration that was originally carried out by PPAT is now switched to involve the creditor. With the legislative normative method, this research aims to find out whether the integrated system is sufficient to be applied simultaneously for electronic mortgage rights services. What if an error occurs when inputting the electronic mortgage document. The results of this study indicate that HT-el registration is more efficient in terms of time but there is still a need for supervision regarding the reading of electronic documents if the server experiences interference. In fact, legal violations sometimes occur when commercial permits are issued without considering environmental licensing requirements, which can harm the environment and the surrounding community. Social Interaction on Platform X (Case Study: Komunitas Murah-Murah) Khansa Syarifah Alya Aziz Tyas Nur Aini Aghnia Dian Lestari komunitas murah-murah platform x social interaction social media symbolic interaction Technological advances create new innovations for social media, such as X which provides community features that can be utilized by its users, one of which is the Komunitas Murah-Murah. This research aims to find out how social interactions and communication processes are carried out in the Komunitas Murah-Murah and the impact felt by its members. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach and conducts observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The data validity test was carried out using the source triangulation method. This research uses symbolic interaction theory which includes five basic concepts: self, action, object, interaction, and collective action to analyze the dynamics of communication in the community. The results of this study show that social interactions carried out using symbols in the form of images and clear language can determine the decision-making process. Community members feel positive impacts such as ease of interaction, time flexibility, and wider information dissemination. The researcher identified negative impacts that hindered the interaction process, namely user dissatisfaction and fraud cases. The communication process applied in the Komunitas Murah-Murah is interactional, where members provide feedback to each other to create interaction and transactions. This research can contribute to the literature related to social interaction on social media. CV. Convergence of Radar Cirebon's Journalistic Works from Print Media to Digital Platforms Alpin Ashary Muzhaffar Chairul Ardiansyah Ibnu Hiban Gymnastiar Nurfalah, Farida Abdul Jalil Hermawan Convergence Digital Platforms Integration Journalism Print Media Media convergence is the integration of various platforms in the presentation of information that has become a phenomenon of the journalism industry. This research aims to analyze media convergence in improving the quality of journalistic work and the journalism industry's interpretation of media convergence. With a focus on changes in readers' content consumption habits. This research uses a qualitative approach. This data collection technique uses observation, interviews using purposive sampling techniques, and written document analysis. The unit of analysis of this research involved the general manager and journalists of Radar Cirebon as well as 3 students as news readers. The results showed that Radar Cirebon has implemented media convergence as a response to technological developments and changes in reader consumption patterns that want fast access to news and various formats. However, some aspects of convergence such as information presentation and ad bundling tactics still need to be optimized. The conclusion of this study confirms that although all dimensions of convergence have been implemented, evaluation and training of competent human resources are needed to improve the quality of journalistic works on various platforms of Radar Cirebon CV. Social media plays an important role in English learning because it provides access to various learning resources, encourages social interaction, and improves speaking skills. By utilizing platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, students can access educational content, participate in discussions, and practice English interactively. According to student perceptions, YouTube is a very good social media for improving English skills. Stunting: Issues And Prevention Efforts by Stakeholders Luthfia, Faizah T Titania Taufik Hidayat, Moh Haryo Bharoto, Raden Mahendra Inter-agency Coordination Stunting Stakeholders Policy Implementation Van Meter and Van Horn This study aims to analyze the implementation of policies and the role of stakeholders in addressing stunting reduction in Cicurug Village. The issuance of Majalengka Regent's Decision No. KS.02.00.00/KEP.294-DP3AKB/2022 regarding the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team marks the initial step for stakeholders to collaborate in reducing stunting rates. The issue of stunting must be re-examined, as the stunting rate in Majalengka District increased from 1.26% to 2.17% in 2024. This study employs Van Meter and Van Horn's theory, which identifies six indicators of successful policy implementation: policy standards and objectives, resources, communication, characteristics of implementing agencies, socio-economic and political environment, and attitudes of implementers. The research methods used are qualitative and descriptive. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings on the implementation of stunting policies by stakeholders revealed several major issues in the implementation of the stunting reduction program, including insufficient coordination among local government agencies, a shortage of specialized personnel at the community health center level, and low public awareness of the importance of participating in posyandu activities. The research results are expected to provide an overview that the implementation of stunting policies by stakeholders in Majalengka District has not yet been fully optimized. CV. The song "Semua Aku Dirayakan" by Nadin Amizah is not only a means of entertainment but also offers a deep meaning related to introspection about self-acceptance, gratitude, and life's journey through deep metaphors. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with Ferdinand De Saussure's semiotic approach, which focuses on the relationship between signifiers and signifieds to help us understand how signs work to form, change and communicate meaning in certain contexts. Data was collected from fanbase and general listener interviews as well as lyric analysis. This research aims to analyze the meaning of the lyrics of the song "Semua Aku Dirayakan" to reveal the message contained and connected to the listener's interpretation. Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Basic Food Assistance (Sembako) Program in Improving the Welfare of the Underprivileged Community Nurul Nabila Afifah W Windawati Siti Khumayah Basic Food Assistance Community Welfare Program Effectiveness Strategy Society This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Basic Food Assistance Program by the Cirebon Regency Social Service in improving the welfare of the underprivileged community. The focus of the study is directed at five indicators of effectiveness based on Campbell J.P.'s theory (1970), namely program success, target success, satisfaction with the program, input-output levels, and achievement of overall goals. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through research activities. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, document studies, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Basic Food Assistance Program still faces several problems, such as inaccurate recipient targets, inaccurate poverty data, low understanding of beneviciary, limited implementing resources, and minimal long-term impact evaluation. To improve the effectiveness of the program, improvement strategies are needed including data updates, strengthening the capacity of implementers, digitizing the system and increasing social literacy. The Construction of Symbolic Meaning in the Lyrics of “Bingung” by Iksan Skuter: A Semiotic Analysis Nandito Dwi Anugrah Fadhillah Arrizky Heriansyah Khaerudin Imawan Semiotics Social Criticism Music Iksan Skuter Symbolic Meaning Music plays a significant role in conveying social criticism through meaningful lyrics. This study aims to analyze the construction of symbolic meaning in the lyrics of the song Bingung by Iksan Skuter using Ferdinand de Saussure’s semiotic approach. Employing qualitative interpretive methods, the research uses lyric analysis and audience interviews to understand how listeners interpret the song’s message. Analysis of the lyrics reveals various symbols in Bingung representing social injustice, stereotypes, commercialized education, media manipulation, and the existential paradoxes of modern humanity. The song highlights how individuals often experience labeling, social pressure, and inequality across multiple aspects of life. The semiotic approach reveals that the signifiers in the lyrics represent a complex social reality, while the signified conveys criticism of prevailing social conditions. Therefore, the song serves not only as artistic expression but also as a powerful tool for social critique. This study reinforces the understanding that music can serve as a powerful communication medium for raising social awareness, particularly through works by independent musicians such as Iksan Skuter. This study examines educators’ adoption of green digital technologies by exploring the influence of psychological readiness, digital competence, and institutional support. Grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework, the research develops a conceptual model that connects individual readiness with professional and institutional enablers. Using a cross-sectional design and data from 200 educators in Indonesia, the findings demonstrate that digital competence and institutional support significantly influence sustainable technology adoption, with psychological readiness acting as a mediator. Description of Social Well-Being in Adolescents in Orphanage Aisyiyah Sidoarjo Al'Ayub, Mochammad Abdul Rochman Maryam, Effy Wardati social welfare Youth Orphanage This study aims to determine how the description of social well-being in Aisyiyah Sidoarjo orphanage children, this study uses descriptive quantitative methods with a population of 130 people, with sampling techniques using the saturated sample method. This research instrument uses a psychological scale with a Likert model, this scale is an adoption that has been developed by previous researchers who are arranged based on aspects of social well-being, namely social acceptance, social contribution, social relationships, social integration, and social actualization. After the data was collected and processed, the results showed that social well-being in adolescents at Aisyiyah Sidoarjo orphanage was in the low category with a percentage of 40.8%, and the prominent aspect of social well-being of Aisyiyah Sidoarjo orphanage children was self-acceptance with a percentage of 56.2% and the less aspect was social relations with a percentage of 45.4%. Then when viewed from the gender of women is more dominant than men with a percentage of 37.2%, then looking at children who live outside the orphanage shows that social well-being in women is better than men with a percentage of 30.4%. Gimmicks and Habitus: An Analysis of Socio-Cultural Reproduction in the 2024 Indonesian Vice-Presidential Debate Yuniar, Ririt Gembyeng Ciptadi, Suluh Soemantri, Nathalia Perdhani Gimmick Habitus Indonesia Socio-cultural Reproduction Vice-presidential Debate The 2024 Indonesian vice-presidential debate appears to feature more gimmicks than substantive discussions of the candidates’ visions and missions. This study aims to examine how the vice-presidential candidates reproduce socio-cultural values through their performances during the debate. Using Bourdieu’s theoretical framework of habitus (field, arena, and strategy), this research seeks to explore how the candidates construct the reproduction of socio-cultural values through their habitual practices. The study employs a qualitative method with text analysis as the primary data collection technique. The data analyzed consists of textual transcriptions from the fourth vice-presidential debate, broadcast on the official YouTube channel of the General Elections Commission (KPU) of the Republic of Indonesia, and used voyant.tools to determine dominant words from the comments. The findings indicate that the candidates’ habitus determines the type of socio-cultural reproduction displayed during the debate. The result of this research identified three key patterns: First, Attacking-question gimmicks reinforced dominance and control over debate narratives. Second, Emotional and satirical gimmicks provoked opponents and audiences while diverting attention from substantive content. Third, Youth-oriented gimmicks leveraged humor and relatability to attract younger voters. These performances reproduced a political reality that emphasized style over substance, signaling a shift toward performative politics in which image and symbolism dominate over ideas (knowledge), ethics, wisdom, and maturity in public speaking. TikTok Content Analysis on Perceptions of Masculinity: A Case Study of @ZAAFERINDONESIA Aliifa Nazlizasandi Khaerudin Imawan Rahmayanti Muslim Fashion TikTok Barthes Semiotics Masculinity Zaafer Indonesia Fashion serves as a social communication and influence-presentation tool that reflects the culture, values, social habits and even the profession of people. Among Muslim Men's Clothing we have particularly garment elements that are used to construct an image of powerful and dominating masculinity. The aim of this research is TikTok account analysis @zaaferindonesia, a Muslim man fashion brand. Through the use of Roland Barthes Semiotics that is applied to their visual marketing, Zaafer Indonesia constructs a masculinity imagery. Data was collected by analyzing the brand’s social media posts, particularly those that included men in flashy environments wearing black Thawb. The researchers’ analysis shows that the thawb's black color is loaded with connotative meanings of strength, grace and authority, while vibrant purple background enhances associations with success and high social status. This indoctrination promotes a myth that, ala Muslim style, real manliness is associated with being bold, assertive and top gun. The findings of the research indicate that representations of Muslim fashion are suggestive, not only about aesthetics for both men and women, but also gendering practices, social identity and difference. The Role of Instagram “@Cidulang_Geresik” Account in Building an Intelligent Community: Implementation and Obstacles Farisya, Dhita Shaleh Sri Wulandari Dian Andriany Digital Information Instagram Mass Communication Smart Community Social Media This study purpose to analyze the function, role, and influence of Instagram account @cidulang_geresik in providing information to build a smart community. This study uses a qualitative approach through interviews with the admin of the Instagram account @cidulang_geresik. The results show that the function of Instagram @cidulang_geresik is optimal by utilizing features such as feeds, stories, highlights, and reels to disseminate information about hamlet or village activities. The Instagram account @cidulang_geresik has a cognitive, emotional, and behavioral influence on residents. The role of the Instagram account @cidulang_geresik effectively carries out two-way communication functions and strengthens social relationships. Implementation is carried out through regular content uploads, the use of photos and videos, the use of story and live features, and collaboration with village officials in disseminating public information. However, there are obstacles such as the limited number and availability of admins, unequal digital literacy among residents, inconsistent quality of content production, and internet network constraints that hinder access to information. Overall, the Instagram account @cidulang_geresik shows a positive contribution as a village communication and information medium. Through optimal functions, influence, and roles, Instagram can be used to build a smart community so as to improve the quality of life. CV. Social Actions of Juvenile Delinquency in the Illegal Racing Phenomenon Muhammad Triesnabayu Siti Khumayah Aghnia Dian Lestari Communication of Sociology Control on Society Illegal Motorcycle Racing Juvenile Delinquency Social Intervention The spread of juvenile street illegal car races among teenagers has raised the attention and then delinquency aspects as well, which stems from weak social reinforcement (control) factors, interpersonal communication defect in the family and missing fields for good interests. This research seeks to examine the kinds of social interaction among illegal street racers, investigate their motivations for involvement and uncover the symbolism underlying the interactions of the community of outlaw street racers. The research method is descriptive qualitative approach with phenomenology pattern and using Max Weber's Social Action theory as an analysis model. Data were collected from direct observation, in-depth interviews, documentation of the participants and their families and surroundings as well as garage owners’ sources. The study’s findings suggest that illegal street racing is not only deviant behaviour, but it also serves as a symbolic means of communication where teenagers establish and present their identity, voice membership in society, group loyalty. This is adolescents’ “deprivation of social existence” and VIP room of self-realization. Thus, moves to combating this must be through mutually sympathetic and educational communication and for it ever to work: long enough sticks and comfortably placed legal outlets for these interests of automotive controversy. Mass Communication: Building Community Empowerment Through Instagram @karangtaruna_sewet Mohamad Rafly Nur Ashefi Sri Wulandari Dian Andriany Innovation Diffusion Instagram Mass Communication Social Media Community Empowerment This study aims to analyze the role of mass communication in community empowerment through the Instagram account @karangtaruna_sewet as a means of disseminating community development innovations. The rapid development of information technology has changed the patterns of interaction and information sharing among communities, making social media platforms such as Instagram an effective instrument of mass communication. Karang Taruna, as a youth organization, faces challenges in communicating innovative ideas and increasing community participation. This study examines the effectiveness of using the Instagram account @karangtaruna_sewet in supporting the community empowerment process. Using Everett M. Rogers' (1983) Innovation Diffusion Theory, this study analyzes how Karang Taruna's innovative programs are disseminated and adopted by the community through the Instagram platform. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach for data collection and analysis. The results show that Instagram plays a significant role in every stage of the innovation diffusion process, including: knowledge, persuasion, decision, implementation, and confirmation. Optimizing Instagram features, using communicative language, and emphasizing the concrete benefits of the program proved effective in encouraging innovation adoption. This study contributes to the understanding of the application of innovation diffusion theory in the digital era and the effectiveness of social media as a strategic instrument in sustainable community development. Narrative about President Prabowo Subianto on Instagram Account @gerindra (Narrative Network Analysis) Febriana, Karina Yuniar, Ririt Instagram Narrative network analysis Social network analysis Political communication Public narrative There appears to have been a shift in public opinion regarding President Prabowo’s Leadership. This study examines the network of public narratives about President Prabowo formed in the comments section of the official Instagram account @gerindra. With increased public discussion about the performance of the Prabowo-Gibran administration, Instagram has become the main space for the public to express opinions, offer suggestions, and evaluate government policies. This study aims to analyze the public narrative network in the comments section of the @gerindra Instagram account. It uses a post-positivist paradigm with a mixed-methods approach and analyzes three posting periods (November 15, 2023), the election period (February 17, 2024), and one year in office (October 20, 2025). Data were collected using IGcomment.com; dominant narratives were mapped using Voyant Tools; narrative forms were examined using Nvivo; and narrative networks were visualized using Gephi 0.10.1. The results show that public narratives change over time and across political situations, and that key actors construct narrative content in the comment section. These findings indicate that the Instagram comment section @gerindra is the leading platform for the public to build narratives and opinions, as well as evaluate government performance. Further research is expected to discuss the habits of social media users through the actors involved. CV. The Ecological Crisis and Environmental Ethics in the Novel Api Awan Asap by Korrie Layun Rampan Mukaromah, Umi Roisatul Fatma Fadila Lilis Setia Wardani Asti Tiana Ningrum Ayu Wandini Purnomo Aji Onok Yayang Pamungkas Api Awan Asap Ecocriticism Ecological Crisis Environmental Ethics Local Wisdom This research aims to analyze the representation of ecological crises, human relations with nature, as well as environmental ethics and human responsibility towards nature in the novel Api Awan Asap by Korrie Layun Rampan. This research uses a qualitative paradigm with a descriptive-interpretive approach through the hermeneutic method to interpret the deepest meaning behind the literary text. The source of data for this research is the novel Api Awan Asap by Korrie Layun Rampan published by Gramedia Widiasarana Indonesia in 2015. The research data is in the form of words, sentences, and discourses contained in the novel Api Awan Asap which represents the ecological crisis and human responsibility towards nature. The results of the study show that this novel represents an ecological crisis through the depiction of exploitative activities such as deforestation, land burning, and appropriation of customary territories that result in air pollution, land degradation, and ecological disasters. The relationship between humans and nature is depicted through the practice of local wisdom of indigenous peoples who live in harmony with the environment and use nature wisely. The moral principles of the environment and human obligations to nature are manifested through a value system that respects nature, tradition-based forest management, and educational and humanitarian approaches in an effort to prevent environmental damage. From the findings, it can be concluded that literary works function as instruments in building ecological awareness and motivating responsible human actions towards nature conservation. CV. Miscommunication and Conflict Resolution in Monogamous Relationships Khaerudin Imawan Azfa Kautsar Hammami Assertive Communication Conflict Resolution Miscommunication Monogamous Relationships Phenomenology Miscommunication is cognitive-affective dissonance that happens during message transaction with potential disturbances of significant meaning transfer and relationship imbalance in relation to romantic associations. For monogamously related individuals, miscommunication is often expressed through relationship conflict which necessitates an efficient conflict resolution strategy to preserve relationship stability as well as relationship quality for a couple. The aim of this research is to examine and clarify (phénomènonlogically) the phenomenon of miscommunication dynamics and importantly, the mediating influence of assertive communication based on conflict resolution technique according to Robert E. Alberti and Michael L. Emmons’ Assertiveness Theory theory outline. Essentially, this research is meant to assess kinds of miscommunication experiences of relations, influence of miscommunication on relationship quality, as well as mediating influence of assertive communication as a link for understanding notions of differences of perspectives according to prior theoretical outline for effective conflict resolution for relations of all kinds. Research method qualifies as phenomenological with application of key participants’ analysis through intensive interviews with respondents. Analysis of New Media Literacy In Message Reception @Aboutcirebon For Generation Z Dian Nita Aryani Nurfalah, Farida New Media Literacy Generation Z Local Digital Media Message Reception Content Credibility The rapid development of digital technology has changed the way Generation Z obtains information. This study aims to analyze how Generation Z receives messages from the Instagram account @AboutCirebon and how they assess the credibility of the content shared. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method with seven Generation Z informants, who actively follow the @AboutCirebon account, interviewed in depth to collect data, supplemented by observation and content documentation. The results show that Generation Z cognitively relies on visual aspects without comprehensive supervision. The emotional dimension reveals impulsive reactions triggered by pride in local culture and dissatisfaction with public issues. Aesthetic appreciation of visual content is high, while educational value is neglected. Moral awareness of social media interactions is not yet deep, with informants aged between seventeen and twenty-one years old receiving messages simply as entertainment. Generation Z often assesses the credibility of content with quick decisions such as account reputation and local context relevance. However, additional confirmation from other sources is rarely done. New media literacy needs to be strengthened through collaboration between local media, educational institutions, and the government to encourage critical, ethical, and responsible media consumption among Generation Z.
